I am highly convinced that if my office had a reality "The Office" show, we would be FILTHY rich. I mean like "I would never have to work another day again" wealthy. I saw my first one in Auburn at Mikata. It was amazing. For those who do not know, I am adopted. I think about finding my birth mother alot, but I have not taken any steps to doing so. I'm not even sure where to begin. So if you have any ideas please share. Random dirty pic of my Fargo- Needs Cleaning! Usually on Wednesdays I go riding and you might expect that I did just that because it was actually pretty nice out yesterday. But, I had some necessary domestic issues to attend to involving the water supply to the house. Well, this meant that a long, long overdue dusting and cleaning of my work area needed to happen. I got busy in the morning with pecking away at the monster. I actually made some headway before my lunch break, and with the results I was seeing, it spurred me on to get the deed done with plenty of time before the municipal "professional" came over to swap out the meter. That ended up leading to other issues, which ended up taking up the rest of my day. So, no further progress was realized in terms of cleaning the shop, or for taking care of my bicycles, for that matter. My bicycles are due for some maintenance and cleaning too. Especially the gravel rigs. I'm sure there will be some drive train replacement parts entering the picture due to all of this as well.
wikileaks.Nearly done! The new stitch count is working out very well as can be seen from the picture. I am getting on well with the written instructions as well. Clyde has very kindly agreed to test tat the pattern for me, and I shall definitely be taking him up on this. I hope he will still be by friend afterwards! LOL!!!.
One of my FAVORITE weekends of the year is LDS General Conference weekend in the Spring!! It's such a time of renewal and of "Spring Cleaning" for me, both physically and spiritually.Particularly this year, I'm tender to the messages and am anxious to hear words of love, hope, endurance and faith. My notebook is already filling up and I'll be busy all weekend designing a collection of quotes, but THIS ONE form in my mind immediately as I listened. Sister Reeves gave such a heartfelt message - and I immediately I pictured this framed. not only on the wall of my teenage son, but also in our home where we can all draw from it's wise council. Vice presidente Gianluca Stefanelli, uno dei soci privati. Above is a quilt top that I just finished. It was part of a quilt-along hosted by Terry at Terry’s Treasurers I blogged about it here. Anyway, it is draped over the frame so I can study it and figure out what design I’m going to use when quilting it. While blog hopping the other day I saw just the thing that might make this decision easier. I’m so sorry but I spent the entire afternoon looking for the two blogs that told about this technique and I cannot find them. What is this technique? The blog I read said to get a piece of Lucite at Home Depot, tape the edges, place it over your quilt and using a white board marker, draw your design.
Don’t like the one you just drew? You can easily wipe the marker off and draw a new one.If you don’t believe it, ask Ramadan Badry Hussein, the man keeping track of thousands of monuments in Egypt. Only five years ago, cleaning men stole three ancient statues from the basement of the Egyptian Museum. When quizzed by the police, they said that the statues were just lying around unattended. They bundled them up with some construction debris they were removing from the building and walked out. Their deception went unnoticed for days. The strip of land at the top of the picture is Atlantic Beach, in Queens. That snow lasted almost a week without snowing any more as it was so cold then. Since then it has been reasonably mild, we haven't had a frost, with only a couple of wet days. We have been very lucky as in some regions of Spain, mainly to the south of the country, it has been raining non-stop causing extensive flooding. However, the snow which has covered the U. K. in the last few days has worked it's way down through France and has reached us. The time is here!!! Joining the crew will be Jill from jillibean, Vicky Boutin, Leica Forrest, Beth from Xyron, Kathy Thompson, Kimber McGray, and Kelly Goree! Isn't that an awesome line up!Want more info. Several months ago I found out about a fun website, Swap-bot. I've participated in a few swaps in the past and really enjoyed them but during the holidays I was so busy I didn't really check out the site.
Periodically, since then I would check it out but didn't see anything that appealed to me.This is definitely a story-telling layout – one where the journaling and the photos tell the whole story. You could also choose to swap out the photos for paper or embellishments and place your journaling and photo in the center. I chose to picture the people that I listed in my Mile Dedication list during the Half Marathon. .
